Terms and Conditions

These Terms set out the rules for using the Messless online shop and for placing orders. By placing an order, you accept the conditions below.

Orders

We accept orders through the website, around the clock. After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. The contract of sale is concluded when we confirm that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

Prices and payment

All prices are given in [currency] and include VAT (unless expressly stated otherwise). We accept payment by [payment methods]. Payment is taken at the moment the order is placed.

Delivery

We dispatch parcels within [1–2] working days from [city]. Delivery costs and times are on the "Delivery and returns" page.

Returns and withdrawal from the contract

Under Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. [The seller may state a longer return period than the statutory one here.] Simply tell us by email at [contact email address]. Under Article 34(4) of that Act you are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — the right of withdrawal does not depend on the goods remaining unused. We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof that you have sent them).

Complaints

If the goods do not conform to the contract (for example, they are defective), report it to [contact email address], describing the problem and quoting your order number. We are liable for lack of conformity of the goods with the contract under Chapter 5a of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
