How long does delivery take?

Can I return an item?

Yes. Under Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 you have 14 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason — this right does not depend on the goods remaining unused (you are liable only for any diminished value, Article 34(4) of that Act).
